As of 1 October 2026, the next scheduled late openings are Sunday 15, 22 and 29 November 2026, at Universiti, Kerinchi and Abdullah Hukum. Train services at those stations are scheduled to start at 9.30am rather than the usual 6am. This is a selected-station disruption—not a blanket late opening for the whole Kelana Jaya Line. Rapid KL’s dated announcement sets out the affected Sundays.
For an early breakfast or neighborhood walk, the practical choice is to use the free replacement shuttle if your journey involves the affected section, or keep your morning on an unaffected section and travel onward after 9.30am.

No October 2026 Sundays appear in this schedule. Kelana Jaya station itself is not listed in any phase. Unaffected stations retain their normal daily operating schedules; normal station opening is 6am, Monday to Sunday. If your journey crosses the affected section before 9.30am, check the shuttle transfer arrangements even when your departure station is open. Rapid KL service notice · Normal operating hours
Before 9.30am: use the free shuttle
Rapid KL will provide free shuttle buses connecting the affected stations while the works take place. Station staff, auxiliary police and Prasarana Troopers will assist at affected stations and relevant interchanges, with signs and leaflets for guidance. Official shuttle arrangements
The announcement does not specify shuttle frequency, exact boarding bays or journey times. Leave extra time for the transfer, and ask staff where to board and how to reconnect with rail rather than planning a tightly timed breakfast arrival.
Ticket machines at affected stations will be unavailable until 9.30am. Tickets can be obtained at station counters; Rapid KL product and Touch ’n Go users can continue their journeys under the alternative arrangements. Having a ticket or pass does not bring forward the train-service start. Ticketing notice
Keep the November morning compact
If you are staying around KL Sentral or the city centre, consider breakfast and a Brickfields neighborhood walk, or a Chinatown food outing, before heading west later. Bangsar, KL Sentral and Pasar Seni are consecutive stations on the city-centre side of November’s affected section and are not listed for that phase. Station order · November schedule
Choose one meal and a short walk, then an indoor break; do not replace the shuttle with a long roadside walk between stations. If you are starting west of the affected section, keeping breakfast near your starting point is simpler than crossing it twice.
Before leaving on a listed Sunday, check Rapid KL’s official notice and linked channels for any revised dates, stations or alternative-service arrangements.
