November 3, 2025 — two reported falls at Mutiara Court
The first reported Mutiara Court rockfall occurred at approximately 8:15am and the second at about 8:50am. Rocks came from the hillside into the apartment parking area. Six vehicles were affected; five were removed, while one was described as destroyed. No casualties were reported, and MPAJ used heavy machinery to clear rocks and earth.
The damage demonstrates that the parking area was within the path of at least part of the failed material that morning. It does not establish the current condition of the source slope or the probability of another failure.
November 4, year omitted in the supplied follow-up account — MPAJ’s technical explanation
A related report described a rockfall near Mutiara Court and said MPAJ’s engineering team had identified a wedge failure approximately 12 metres above road level. July 28, 2026 — small boulders reach Jalan Bukit Permai
Small boulders broke loose from a rock slope and reached Jalan Bukit Permai. MPAJ said its investigation found damaged protective netting and announced that the torn netting would be replaced. Debris was cleared from the road, and no injuries or property damage were reported. The contemporary report records the damaged netting, cleanup, announced replacement and March maintenance.
